Sheryl Sandberg, Marissa Mayer dr\u00fcben in den USA, Frauen wie Margret Suckale hier in Deutschland: Wer sich f\u00fcr Frauen in der Wirtschaft interessiert, kommt an diesen Frauen nicht vorbei. Sie sind bedeutende Frauen, die es bis ganz nach oben geschafft haben, die erfolgreich im Beruf sind, die gleichauf mit ihren m\u00e4nnlichen Kollegen liegen. Sie tragen Verantwortung und lenken gro\u00dfe Konzerne \u2013 ganz genau so wie M\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n

Dies ist ein St\u00fcck, das f\u00fcr das Projekt „BizzMiss“<\/a> entstanden ist – ein Online-Magazin, das ich im Jahr 2014 mit drei Mitstreiterinnen gr\u00fcndete. BizzMiss gibt es mittlerweile nicht mehr. Hier habe ich notiert, warum das gut ist.<\/a><\/p>\n

Aber ich habe auch erstaunlich schnell festgestellt: Die weiblichen Gesichter wiederholen sich schnell. Eine Frau, die es ganz nach oben geschafft hat, gerade zur Milliard\u00e4rin geadelt? Sheryl Sandberg wird genannt. Eine wichtige Managerin? Marissa Mayer wird sicher erw\u00e4hnt. Eine Frau in einem DAX-Vorstand? Der Name Margret Suckale f\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n

Exotinnen unter lauter M\u00e4nnern<\/h3>\n

Frauen wie Sheryl Sandberg oder Marissa Mayer sind das Feigenblatt einer m\u00e4nnerdominierten Arbeitswelt. Sie suggerieren uns: Was wollt ihr denn, es geht doch! Da sind doch Frauen, die es geschafft haben! Und schaut sie Euch an, sie sind sogar h\u00fcbsch und nicht einfach nur M\u00e4nner in Frauenkleidung.<\/p>\n

Ja, es sind Frauen, die erfolgreich sind, die gut dotierte Posten innehaben, die ganz offensichtlich etwas tun, das ihnen Freude bereitet, das sie ausf\u00fcllt. <\/span>Aber es sind zu wenige<\/span>. Sie sind Exotinnen unter lauter M\u00e4nnern \u2013 so exotisch, das sie \u00fcberall als Vorbilder und Beispiele herangezogen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n
