					<description><![CDATA[Ich würde das Gespräch behalten aber mindestens 2x im Jahr. Dort dann klar zwischen Entwicklung und Leistung trennen. Leistung/ Feedback/ Wohlbefinden sollte natürlich im Alltag abgeglichen werden, für die Entwicklung sollte sich dann aber doch eine ruhige Minute mit ausreichend Vorbereitung genommen werden.]]></description>
